  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

3. Custom Design & Printing

  • Intellectual Property: You affirm that you own or have permission to use any design, logo, or text submitted for printing. You grant Graphic Goat the right to print and fulfill your order.
  • Prohibited Content: We do not print content that is offensive, hateful, defamatory, or infringes on any intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to reject any order that violates these guidelines.
  • Color & Print Accuracy: We strive to match colors and designs as closely as possible, but slight variations may occur due to printing processes and material differences.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Graphic Goat is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom printing, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or production error.
  • Eligibility: If your order is incorrect, defective, or significantly different from what was approved, contact us within 15 days for a replacement or refund.
