Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility: If your order is flawed, incorrect, or arrives later than promised, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Custom Orders: Because each item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on correctly produced custom or personalized products.
• Sample Order Policy: All sample orders are final sale and non-refundable. Returns or exchanges will only be processed in the event of a product defect or if an incorrect item was received.
• Refund Process: Approved returns will be refunded in full or reprinted at no additional cost.
