1. Processing & Shipping Time
- Typical production time is 10 days after art approval and goods received. Timing may vary by production load / season.
- Orders typically ship within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
- Production times may vary depending on order size, complexity, and seasonal demand.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and shipping destination.
- We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, based on carrier availability.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- Carrier Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Graphic Goat is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
5. International Shipping
- At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. If you need international shipping, please contact us for availability and pricing.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
